What Guests Are Saying
The area and sites at Strawberry Bay Long Term are appealing, but there were significant issues with the bathroom facilities and cleanliness. Communication with management has been difficult, leading to unresolved billing concerns. Additionally, the campground roads are in poor condition, with tall grass posing a fire hazard.

Most of the summer, the bathroom was not working properly. They weren’t cleaned very well. We checked out early and I’ve tried and tried and tried and tried to get a hold of anybody that you told me to get a hold of. Nobody will respond. I’m continually getting a bill for time that I was not there. The roads in the campground are almost dirt. There are so many potholes. Typically they mow the edges of the site, but they did not mow hardly at all. The grass was 2 feet tall a real fire hazard. The area is nice. The sites are nice but the management company that’s in charge right now is terrible. I’d like a refund. Maybe you guys can contact me
