Clean campground and overall areas well maintained.
Campground manager was friendly and informative. Had flushing toilets and hand washing sinks.
(The camp-oven next to the fire pit was completely destroyed, in pieces on the ground).

Though our equipment limits us to many of the sites at Redman we love the place.
The camp hist is amazing and friendly.
Our site was site 2, which is right next to the camp host. Many might not like that but with a great camp host it was perfect.

Beware that if you make a reservation at this campground the camp host may allow other parties to set up camp on your reserved site anyway because of how many no shows happened this summer.

Stayed in site 17 and it was great! Nice campground and the site was one of the best as it was back a bit from the others and was more private than the rest. There is also good phone reception.

After I had setup camp, I sat back and began to take in the sounds of nature, that’s when the campground host dropped his tailgate on his trailer, plugged in his electric drum set and began to play a full-on set, with cymbals, snares and drums!

I’m disabled and struggled to walk the 50 ft to tell him that I’m leaving in three days and to just wait until then to play his amplified drums!

It’s clearly posted, “NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC!”

Great campground, quiet and beautiful. But we had site 39 and it really is a double site / shared parking with site 40. Wish it was described that way on the website. We didn’t know our neighbors and they had 5 cars at one point, too much

First time camping here and we absolutely loved it! 🏕️ We really loved our camping spot—it was spacious, peaceful, and perfect for our family. We also appreciated having bathrooms with running water, which made camping so much more comfortable! Definitely a place we’d love to come back to. ❤️

Arrival & departure

  • Gates operate from 7am to 10pm; maximum 8 people per site; several strict regulations on noise and waste apply.
  • FF sites require in-person check-in; reservations must be made 5 days in advance, and availability is uncertain.

Cancellation policy

  • Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
  • Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
  • Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
    • Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
    • Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
    • One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
  • Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
  • Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
  • Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.

Wildlife & food storage

  • Keep food and trash secure to avoid wildlife attractions; violations can lead to fines or removal.

Utilities

  • No water provided on-site; bring all necessary water and trash bags.
  • RVs and trailers must arrive with filled water tanks; no hooking up to spigots.

Pets

  • Only service animals are allowed; fines for pets or livestock may apply.

Safety & rules

  • Minimum stays: 2 nights on weekends, 3 nights on holiday weekends.
  • Users assume responsibility for their safety and property; Utah Recreation is not liable.

Site types & loops

  • Off-road vehicles are prohibited in the canyon area.

Fees & deposits

  • Extra vehicle fee is $10 per day; firewood costs $9.
  • Discounts require proof of Senior/Access pass at check-in; otherwise, pay the difference in cash/check.
