BLM needs to keep the numerous Day-Use visitors from continually circling the campground looking for parking and often parking in the marked and reserved campsites.

Was very clean and looked like it had some nice trails. The weather did not cooperate for us so we didn't get much hiking in, we would like to go back at some point

What a hidden gem! I loved this campground tucked in the beautiful Red Rocks. It was super clean, with a pavilion covered table, water, and big fire pit at each site. The surrounding hikes were awesome. Will definitely be back!

Gorgeous campsite tucked away in a section of red rock near the highway but you wouldn’t know it. The night time is great, gorgeous view of the stars, very quiet and peaceful. The day time on weekends was pretty hectic with the day use crowd. Preferred this campground when it was first come first serve.

We love the campground overall, but there is too much day-use traffic (granted it was just Presidents’ Day weekend). They should limit Day-use access further. Bathrooms ran out of toilet paper one of the afternoons/evenings. Restocked the next morning.
Overall, beautiful setting and small, cozy feel once the day-users leave. Beautiful setting.
