Fantastic RV park just outside Zion! It’s conveniently located close to Hurricane and St. George, so you have easy access to anything you might need for your stay. The amenities—gym, pickleball courts, laundry, and the bath and shower rooms—were all tidy and well maintained, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. It’s also right next to a huge wonderful gas station which made it easy to refuel before for our next leg.

A couple of minor suggestions: The shower rooms would benefit from having paper towels available, as this might encourage guests to clean up after themselves a bit more. Also, some of the RV sites were pretty unlevel. We had blocks, so it wasn’t a big issue for us, but definitely bring leveling blocks if you can. The pool is shallow, which is perfect for kids, though not ideal if you prefer a morning swim.

Aside from those small things, everything else was great. The staff were fantastic, rates were reasonable, and we really appreciated being able to get Amazon packages delivered. The WiFi was reliable, and the overall location is super convenient for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for 3 weeks and really enjoyed our stay! LARGE spaces which is sooo lovely and appreciated. You could actually enjoy yourself outside vs sitting right on top of your neighbor. They are building bathrooms mid-way which will def be nice cause we had to walk "far" for the bathrooms. Used the gym several times which was great and clean. There is no off time for laundry at this place - every time I went they were filled up so that was a battle. All the workers are so kind. Dog park at the front (small) and a larger one near the back where people for the most part actually cleaned up after their dogs. We plan on coming back in the future! Its a great place!

WARNING for Remote Workers / Digital Nomads: The Wi-Fi is Unusable for Sustained Work

Rating: 3/5 Stars (Only for the physical facilities)
On the surface, Settler's Junction is an exceptional RV resort. It is new, immaculate, features great amenities (pool, gym, nice laundry), and has some of the most spacious sites we have seen. For a quick stay focused entirely on visiting Zion or other local parks, it is fantastic.

However, if you are a modern RVer who depends on the internet for work, study, or consistent high-definition streaming, you MUST avoid this park.

We scheduled a month-long stay but were forced to check out early after only two weeks because the Wi-Fi service is critically broken and unreliable. The connection is spotty, cuts out frequently, and the speeds we measured were often no better than an old 1.5 Mbps fractional T1 line—this is simply inadequate for video calls, uploading large files, or even stable streaming.

We spoke to several long-term guests working on a local project who confirmed the issue has been ongoing for months, with the connection constantly fluctuating. They reported that management continually dismisses the issue by saying they are "working on it." This suggests a policy of delay rather than a serious investment in fixing a core utility.

It is frustrating that the park's beautiful amenities are undercut by such subpar, seemingly unmaintained infrastructure for guests, especially knowing the owners reportedly have their own stable connection.

We relocated to Temple View RV Park in St. George. While it is about $100 more per month and you pay for your own electricity, the internet is reliable and has consistently allowed us to work effectively.

To the Owners: Your park is beautiful and deserves five stars, but in 2025, reliable, high-speed internet is no longer a luxury—it is an essential utility for the remote worker demographic you attract. Until you invest in commercial-grade bandwidth that can handle a full park of users, you are misrepresenting the capabilities of your resort.

My stay at Settler's Junction RV Park was absolutely outstanding! The staff here are simply amazing, going above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the customer-oriented approach of the owners, who are always looking for ways to enhance the experience, especially for monthly guests.

One of the standout features is the 'white glove' garbage pick-up service – just leave your tied bag of garbage at the front of your RV, and they take care of it first thing in the morning. It's a small touch that makes a big difference. I also appreciated the transparency in billing, with electricity included in the quoted price, meaning no unexpected 'gotchas.'

The park itself is immaculate and boasts a fantastic array of amenities. The oversized RV spaces provide ample room and privacy, while the pull-through sites and wide roads made maneuvering my rig a breeze. I took full advantage of the on-site, full-functioning gym, which was a huge plus for staying active. The spotless and modern showers were also a great convenience to have available. On top of that, I enjoyed the swimming pool, 24/7 laundry room, clubhouse, and pickleball court.

The location is perfect for exploring. It's conveniently located only 20 minutes from St. George, making it easy to run into town for supplies or a nice dinner. It also provides easy access to stunning local scenery like Red Cliffs Trailhead, Toquerville Falls, Quail Creek State Park, and Zion National Park. After a day of adventure, it was always a pleasure to return to the park's peaceful environment and spectacular views. I highly recommend Settler's Junction to anyone looking for a top-notch RV park in Washington County, Ut and the greater St. George area!
