Fees & deposits

  • Payment for the entire stay is required at booking.
  • Card information will be collected for payment and cancellation fee purposes.
  • A $5 charge applies for additional guests; exceptions may be made by management.
  • A $20 fee applies for excessive cleaning of fire rings.
  • A non-refundable $25 fee covers 2 pets; additional pets cost $20 each.
  • A $30 fee is charged for the first pet cleanup failure, increasing to $50 for subsequent failures.

  • Security cameras are in place for safety.
  • Speed limit is 5 mph within the resort.
  • Guests are encouraged to explore BLM land for faster activities.
  • The resort is not liable for injuries or damages; guests are responsible for their property.
  • Damages to resort property will incur charges to responsible parties.

  • Safety vests are required for all water activities on the Green River.
  • Enter the water at your own risk; no lifeguard is present.

  • Use designated fire rings for all fires.
  • Keep fire rings clean and free of debris.
  • Waterfront fires must follow the same rules as other fires.
  • Keep waterfront fires at a low burn for safety.
  • Fires must be monitored at all times by the starter or their party.
  • Ensure all fires are completely extinguished before departure.
