My wife and I stayed here Thursday to Monday. We will be back, very friendly staff, very clean showers and bathrooms, their wood bundles for sale are great and big, and also Hardwood, not the fast burning soft wood you find at most campgrounds. You can buy the wood by the, plastic wrap bundle, tractor bucket or by the crate, for what you get for wood it is worth it. Sites vary in size and they will work with you if your rig won't fit. We did not have a issue with this with our 22ft, but I observed others that were there needed assistance and the staff was more than accommodating for their needs, that doesn't happen at alot of campgrounds. There is a easy access boat ramp for Stoughton Pond. The camp store has a variety of goodies for all. I would have stayed longer if I could have. You were offered before the end of your stay to extend it, that I found was cool. There is a play area for kids, Shuffleboard for all, and a generic mini golf course only 9 holes but still challenging. We will be back and are also considering to doing a seasonal there. I felt like family there and did not want to leave.

Crown point campground is an amazing place. We love it there. The new manager Kristina is amazing she is putting her heart and soul into this place. Chad the grounds keeper is amazing too. He is there to help you when needed and works hard from morning to night. These two make us feel very welcome. Keep up the great job! Thank you Darlene

DO NOT BE FOOLED by all the 5 star ratings over the past two weeks. The camp sent out an email ASKING everyone to put in a 5 star rating in order for the campground to get a BONUS. (I still have the email)

We have been without internet for over
1.5 weeks, even after speaking to campground manager and campground corporate owners. I have paid IN FULL and am not receiving services I have paid for. NO communication has been sent out from the manager regarding wifi/internet services to seasonal campground members.

There was service without interruptions and then just NOTHING on Wednesday, June 17. The units that were serviced by one company have been removed and a new company trying to establish connections. As of this writing, no one is on site working on the Wifi issues.

There is NO diect phone number to reach camp manager. The owners promised a dedicated phone line during the Town meeting in May. July is a few days away. Unless you are one of the select few the camp manager hangs out with at their camp sites don't expect to be given a phone number to get in touch with her.

When I complained to representatives of the campground company about the lack of telephone lines, they instead accused me of calling the campground manager on her personal cell phone. That accusation was made by a corporate individual that had no proof of any calls from me to campground management, especially since I DO NOT HAVE her personal cell phone number.

Prices have been jacked up, campers are threatened with fines for bringing in outside wood per a recent camper conversation. One can understand not bringing in wood from out of state but there are homes surrounding the campground that sell wood by the bundle at lower prices. I can go on.

It used to be customers were taken care of by businesses in order to garner repeat customers and hopefully new ones, but obviously the "group" that owns this and several others don't care about the customers/campers.

So to reiterate, the 5 star reviews were SOLICITED by management to obtain Bonuses "for the camp". Do not be fooled, corporate America has arrived at Crown Point in Perkinsville, VT.

To be fair, we would like to say Chad, the gentleman who is the caretaker, is a kind gentleman and a hard worker who cares about the campers experiences.

I have been coming to Crown Point for many years. As a child camping and now as an adult. I am now a seasonal camper, this being my second season. I get excited every Friday because I know I'm going to be heading up to the campground for a relaxing weekend. This season has truly been so much more fun. Helping get the campground in shape for the long summer. Kristina and Chad are doing a great job, from activities to firetruck rides, and everything in between.

We have a permanent park model camper.
This is our second summer here and we love it!
Quiet, clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Christina and Chad are a delight to have here.
We purchased our unit from a couple who have camped here for 30 years. We hope to continue as many years to come.
Cheers!
