Beautiful campground very well maintained. Wish it did have a wifi system since it's down in the bowl.

Winhall Brook Camping Area has received praise for its stunning natural beauty, spacious and clean campsites, and friendly, helpful staff. The renovated bathhouses and well-maintained facilities contribute to a pleasant camping experience, with many visitors appreciating the peaceful environment and access to nearby hiking trails and swimming spots. Some guests noted issues with shower pressure and site proximity, but overall, the campground is highly recommended, especially after its recovery from flooding.

Campground was well maintained and looked beautiful. Easy access to trails along the river. Newer bathrooms that were mostly clean and wonderful hot showers. Lots of families there and it was quiet at night. No internet access but there was wifi at the office if needed. I have T-mobile.

This place was amazing. We stayed at L01. We have two small children so being by the river was really fine. We got to have direct access. We came for three days and I wish we would’ve stayed a week. This camera has been closed for three or four years because of flooding, but they built it back up to the Great camp that it was before. Definitely will stay again.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that keeps the park well manicured and maintained. If you have a larger travel trailer or motorhome it will present challenges entering the campground. We stayed here in a 27 ft motorhome in site 7. Even though there is no trees next to the site, the trees and hill behind these sites provide shade in the summer after 2 o’clock in the afternoon. You can here the creek running at night when you’re enjoying a campfire.

The bathrooms have been redone. And the addition of two more showers is appreciated. However during my 5 days stay no one cleaned the bathrooms. The campground has undergone a great transformation from the flood that practically erased so many sites. It seems like no one was contracted to clean and replace supplies.
