This campground is run like a ship. The employees even seem happy to be there. The bathrooms are clean and the staff are helpful!

Goose Point it’s a very pleasant campground in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It gets very busy in the summer. One change could be the check in check out time. Currently it’s 4PM/5 PM. 1PM/2 PM would be ideal.

Very nice campground. The proximity of the beach and boat launch make this spot awesome. The only thing that brings this location down a little is the day use people at the beach. Foul language, but this could happen anywhere.

Goosepoint is one of my favorite places to camp! I would like to see people on duty at the guard house and the gates closed at night!
