Even though it was cold, we had a great time. It was a group of 25 that went, and we had a blast. Only downfall was we were told there'd be a dumpstation available but it wasn't. We were advised that there would be no water except at the bathhouse, so we prepared for that. But the view of the lake was absolutely beautiful with the fall colors!!

Greta sites. Clean facilities. Great water views. Power stable and water has good flow. Fall camping was awesome.

This was our second camping experience at Goose Point. The lake offers great options for fishing, kayaking and swimming (when the weather is warm). We just went to hang out and cook over the campfire. Beautiful scenery.

Long curvy, about a 15 minute pretty drive from the main road into the campground may not be suitable for larger rigs. Campsites convenient to the bathhouse and day use areas. Convenient to Fairy Stone hunt site, Bassett, Philpott dam and Martinsville Motor Speedway

Love this place. Unfortunately, there was no firewood available. That may have been due to out of season. Overall, we had a nice time.
