Beautiful setting, shelter and grounds were immaculate. Bathrooms easily accessible and clean. Perfect setting for my daughters birthday party with her friends.

The Philpott Picnic Shelter is a great place to have a family reunion! There are plenty of tables, a playground for kids, and a scenic view. We will rent this shelter again!

A beautiful, well-maintained park. It also has an amazing view of the Lake. The facility was perfect for our event.

From HWY 220, take the Bassett, VA exit onto State Highway 57 West. Stay on 57 West for approximately 6 miles to Philpott Dam Road. Look for brown Philpott Dam sign, turn right and go one mile to the Philpott Park entrance.

- Group Camp Area is operated by Henry County Parks and Recreation. For reservations, call (276) 340-0485 or visit henrycountyva.gov for more information.
