We felt very welcome at the entry kiosk. Our site was easy to back our popup trailer into. There was a moderate amount of shade, varying through the day. Our site had access to the lake. Entry is muddy. Since it was extremely hot that weekend, the water was refreshing but not cool. The park was very quiet except for a young boating yahoo on Saturday afternoon. There are 2 well equipped shower houses for the entire park. Each loop has a vault toilet. These can be aromatic. Some camper, apparently afraid to sit on the toilet seat,, pooped all over and around it. The ranger closed it off for the rest of the weekend. Cell tower signal was not strong, but I could access some web searches. This is a nice park which we plan to visit again.

Trees and shade. Water views, nice swimming area. Helpful staff. Very few ‘hook-up’ sites on the water. Temps were upper ninety. Would enjoy more fall or spring. Will return. Nice shower facilities. Did t need them we camped in motorbike.

There was a pit toilet near our campsite, and a bath house a short hike away. Shower facility was very clean. Launched kayaks from our campsite. Great campground!

Large spacious site with plenty of privacy. The lake was footsteps from the campsite and the additional bar height table on the site was a much-appreciated bonus. We will definitely be back and have created our "master list" of the prime sites based on our preferences. highly recommend any of the USACE parks around KERR Resiviour.

Parked my 71 Shasta 14 footer on site 60. Fairly level and easy walk to lake down a few steps. Bottom has some loose rocks if you swim so shoes are a good idea. Clean well stocked bath house and paved roads make for easy walking. Hope to return again!
