Longwood is a great campground, the staff is friendly, and the campground is clean and neat. It is really quiet, and close to the boat ramp in Grassy Creek. We will be back.

Our site was right next to the water with our canoe available on the shore at all times. Unfortunately it was very HOT the entire week so we did not get on the water that much. The park was clean and quiet at all times and the staff was very friendly and helpful with local information. The wives loved the shops in Clarksville (husbands not so much)! Might consider renting a pontoon boat (at the state park) next time.

This is our favorite campground on Kerr Lake. Sites are spacious and the hosts are always so nice and friendly. Normally there is something going on in downtown Clarksville.

Great park! Staff were excellent. From Colorado and just passing through for a day. Wished I could have stayed longer. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our large group was able to grab 2 sites next to each other, and chose sites right on the water. The view was beautiful, our site felt private enough from the other neighbors, we had beach access which we utilized to put in kayaks, and we had plenty of room to set up 4 tents, a hammock, and a sleeping van. Multiple times, other campers came by our site to let us know we had the best one in the park! The bathroom facilities with showers were very convenient and appreciated! We plan on returning to this site with an even larger group in the future! (our site numbers were 36 and 37).

We love that this is a smaller park. Since the park is on a creek and away from the main lake there is less boat traffic.
