This is my favorite park at Kerr Lake. It's not too far from Clarksville...lots of stuff to do...swim bike relax...just love it...and the hosts are all so nice

Beautiful campground. Opted for water and electric, both worked well. Our site was a pull-thru, but was steeply sloped, back to font. Noticed that some other sites in our loop were also steeply sloped due to the topography. The campground was well maintained, bathrooms clean.

This was our first stay at Longwood and we stayed on site 47C. The staff was very pleasant and we found the park to be clean, well maintained and quiet. Our site was clean upon arrival and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Never used the bath house or restrooms so I can't speak to those but the beach area was very nice. Cell service for Verizon at least was terrible throughout the park and on our site we were not able to get any tv channels through our digital over the air antenna, which was no big deal to us. I was able to get a good signal though through my Verizon mobile hotspot spot device surprisingly enough since our cell service was so bad. We ventured a few miles into Clarksville and ate at the Bridgewater restaurant which was really great. Did and service was awesome. Definitely pollen on visiting Longwood again but hoping to get a site on the water next time to enjoy the breeze our friends had on their site (57).

Site 15 is flat at the top. Driveway is not. Too close to the vault toilet for me.

Nice large level sites with access to the lake. Lake was pleasantly not very busy for a holiday weekend. Bath houses were clean. My only complaint is the bathhouses, they are a hothouse! We found the bathhouses with all windows closed and exhaust fans not functioning or too small for sq ft.

The worst experience ever and it had nothing to do with the actual park. We got there Friday evening the attendant profiled our group to the max went as far as to ask everyone a name that was camping. Then on Saturday it was just as bad when his wife asked how we were able to get 6 people into a Dodge Magnum. Park Rangers were called out on us for no reason the park rangers advised us to call the police and file a harassment report because we were be harassed. Will never go back.
