North Bend is an awesome campground. Most of the sites are large and level. Our week at the campground was quiet and restful.

We really enjoy the lake, however there are a few issues the Corps of Engineers need to address.
First, there are no night patrols. Quiet time is 10 pm and is not being enforced. Loud music, partying, and use of large LED lights to light up campsites. There are no after hours contact numbers displayed, and we were told we should have called 911!
Cleaning campsites is blowing the leaves off. We picked up 96 cigarette butts from our campsite before setting up. That did not include all the little pieces of trash. We also had to clean trash and half burnt wood out of the fire pit. This has always been a great place, but is begining to go down hill due to lack of attention to detail.
