camp sites in D loop are very large, level, and shady. Bathroom shower drain was not draining floor, but the cleaning staff fixed that after we informed them of the problem.

Being a first timer, it was really an awesome experience altogether. Shower rooms and washrooms are pretty much near, accessible and clean. Would love to plan again and explore more.

North Bend park is one of the most beautiful Arm Corps of Engineers parks. The campsites are big, beautiful with many waterfront sites. This park is huge with many hiking/biking trails. My only disappointment was that our campsite had not been cleaned, which is very unusual. Probably 30 cigarette butts were littered on the ground along with wrappings from plastic sippy cup straws! Seriously people!! The site had a Mountain Dew can and pork chop on the picnic table and the fire pit was loaded with ash and "burned" soda cans!! The good news is that the staff at the front gate was very friendly and happily changed our site to the amazingly beautiful waterfront site next site over:)

I love North Bend!! I moved here in a October of 2021 and pretty much spent my entire summer if 2022 at this campground! Waiting patiently for the disc golf course to open😉 Such a beautiful place and everyone is always so nice. The quiet beaches for our Stella to swim and paddle board are always a bonus. If there is one thing to critique it would be for people to clean up after themselves better and maybe pick up trash on the beach area. I leave with others trash more than my own. But I still enjoy my every moment at North Bend!☺️ See you soon!!❤️
