We had a very good time camping at North Bend as usual. We did do the nature trail. That’s just across the dam. If you do that one, take the map and follow it. It is a very good trail. Also we were wondering why the Camp Ground never uses the amphitheater facilities. It would be nice to see something there to enhance our visits.

One of our all-time favorite campgrounds. This particular campsite (93D) was perfect for a large group with easy semi-private beach access, lots of tree coverage and shade, and plenty of space to play, camp, and park. Love this campground!

We love North Bend! The lake is so clean and clear. The camp sites are generally level and have lots of shade. Everything is so well maintained. Lots of sandy shores for swimming. The bath houses are always clean. Everyone on staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite parks.

Gate staff was very helpful when we needed other campsites to extend our stay at a very crowded park.

North Bend is our favorite park. We live in Richmond Va and travel 2 hours. Fire pit was not cleaned out nor was campsite cleaned (trash near hookups). However, the lake views and beach are our favorite part. Please don’t rely on these 2 things to continue getting you good reviews. We love North Bend but don’t allow cut backs I. Finding to make you complacent because of spectacular views!
