I had read on line that the water level was "unnusually low", " the lowest in years"says one person. We did not find that to be the case. Water level was typical for Spring. Our spot on loop "C" was absolutely wonderful with plenty of daytime shade and a beautiful view of the lake. Thanks again for a perfectly relaxing vacation.

This was our first time visiting North Bend and our second time ever camping. This site was absolutely wonderful with just a few steps down to the beach area, it was perfect. Although it rained a bit of the time, we were there, our site did not flood or hold water. For the most part, the shower house was well maintained, however as the park became fuller the maintenance of the shower house decreased. In spite of that, we will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

I picked site 207 for the privacy and the little path to the shore so I could enjoy waking up to the view and some fishing right beside my site. Unfortunately others with no camping etiquette decided it was ok to walk through my site and take over the tiny beach area so I didnt get to enjoy any of it or have any privacy. You should have picked that site if you wanted it or used the huge public beach area in the section provided for all sites to enjoy. Other than people ruining the experience the park was lovely. Staff was friendly and I'd visit again but with a much bigger tent and extra chairs to make it obvious that it was my space I chose and paid for.

We eyed a spot on a previous visit but when we tried to book our stay someone was in it for 1 night. Especially on the weekends, it seems there should be a 2 or 3 night minimum to reserve. The spot left for us to choose (212d) was extremely tight for my 29 ft camper plus truck. Once we got in it was plenty big, but getting in was difficult. I actually destroyed my bikes against the tree right on the edge of the drive. Partially because it was dark, but it was a tight turn trying to back in. The weekends are definitely busier but we love camping at North Bend.

We stayed in site 128B, we have a 35 ft 5th wheel and F450 truck, plenty of space. The beach right behind our site is very nice for bank fishing. The bathroom is pretty close and clean, however it was hard to get the right water temperature. We took our new Starlink mini with us, it had a lot of obstructions but still allowed us to watch TV and browse internet.
