North Bend is our favorite campground in the Clarksville area by far! The campground is kept very clean, staff are friendly and the bathroom facilities are some of the nicest we've seen at a campground. We get away to North Bend every chance we get!

Our favorite Virginia campground. All staff members were friendly, campsite in good condition, and bathhouse clean.

My escape to the lake never disappoints. The season has been abbreviated due to construction projects and I miss winter camping here. The facilities are maintained, the sites are large and there is room between for the most part. The lake is beautiful and a very popular fishing spot.

We try to travel prior to holiday weekends and this one was GREAT!! From Genny's greeting at the front gate, to Christine in the Visitor Assistance Center the Customer Service was spot on. The facilities and spaces were clean. Several beaches were open and they were also clean. Very quiet, tho some of the sites were tight and close to neighbors. It worked out and we had a blast. Great for the price! They need volunteers thou. Support your Army Corp of Engineers!!

This is the double campsite. Campsite was very nice. It worked well with a larger rig on the right side and the smaller rig on the left side.
