The park was very clean and the people were very friendly. Many of the sites were quite large and very level. My site however was extremely narrow, with the trailer pulled all the way to one side I only had 12 in between the stairs and the slope. If you stumbled coming out of the stairs it would have been quite easy to fall down the slope. For reference my trailer is 8 ft 6 in wide and has only two steps . The View on the web page is deceiving many of the trees and brush have grown up and the view to the water is very limited. Also the length of the site was just enough to hold my 27 foot trailer and my F-150. The lower level where the picnic table was was very nice it was very large you could easily put a very large canopy on it plus it had a concrete table for grilling. We walked around the campgrounds and found many Waterfront sites that were much longer and much wider.

As always, we truly enjoyed our stay at North Bend Park. The site (216) was well kept and had a path to the water if desired. The bath house in section D had a fresh coat of paint and looked great. It was kept clean and well supplied. The paved walking/biking trails are a plus, being separate from the roadway, however watch carefully for the tree root humps in the asphalt as they will give a very jarring ride. We tried the Bridgewater Restaurant in Clarksville this time for a night out and the seafood was excellent. North Bend never disappoints us.
