Very nice campground. Staff was very helpful and courteous. All sites are good, Lakefront sites the best (80-100) with some of those being downright spectacular. Everything you've heard about ACE campgrounds is true at Rudd's Creek. Will definitely be returning.

The sites at Rudds Creek are very nice. Plenty big enough for the camper and truck. Very close to Clarksville and South Hill Virginia .

Very nice COE campground right on the lake. Large, shady spots with plenty of space in between. Sites 87 and 97 looked amazing as they were right on the water with beautiful views. Clean bath house with 4 toilets and 4 showers. Not modern, but clean enough. There was a small amphitheater across from our site, but it wasn't being used during COVID.

Policies & Rules
Arrival & departure
- The campground gate house is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from April 1 to October 31.
Site capacity
- Camping equipment must fit within the site perimeters and tents should have padding due to gravel bases.
- The maximum stay is 14 days within any 30-day period, and changing reservations to extend the stay is prohibited.
Safety & rules
- Generators and music must be turned off by 10:00 p.m.
- Mail and packages cannot be sent to the park; they will be refused and returned to the sender.
Site types & loops
- Alcoholic beverages and off-road vehicles are not allowed in the campground.
Fees & deposits
- Interagency Senior and Access Pass holders get a 50% discount on camping fees, but must be present at registration.
