Great campground and the hosts were awesome! The site was available early and I received a call around 10:30 prior to arrival letting me know. That was a first for any campground we've stayed in and was a definite perk! ACOE rangers did a CSI program for my kids and they really loved it and are still playing critter detectives. We will definitely return. Site 70 was huge. We had our travel trailer, a tent, a truck a SUV towing a boat and a small car all fit within the allowable area. Great water access to moor the boat.

Nice site, but not much of a view of the water. Close to the restrooms, physical, but a much longer walk to get to it.

The gate attendants are friendly and efficient. Easy check-in, questions answered, and consistent drive thruβs to check on campers/ spot any potential issues are a big plus. Clean sites and bathhouses make Rudds Creek first on our list to visit.

Policies & Rules
Arrival & departure
- The campground gate house is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from April 1 to October 31.
Site capacity
- Camping equipment must fit within the site perimeters and tents should have padding due to gravel bases.
- The maximum stay is 14 days within any 30-day period, and changing reservations to extend the stay is prohibited.
Safety & rules
- Generators and music must be turned off by 10:00 p.m.
- Mail and packages cannot be sent to the park; they will be refused and returned to the sender.
Site types & loops
- Alcoholic beverages and off-road vehicles are not allowed in the campground.
Fees & deposits
- Interagency Senior and Access Pass holders get a 50% discount on camping fees, but must be present at registration.
