I absolutely love this campground and lake. We discovered it while traveling and we go back as often as possible. We live in Georgia and make the 6 hour trip because we love it so much! Washrooms are clean, campsites are clean.

It was a very pleasant stay. The gate house attendant was very nice. The camp ground is small, with lots of trees. Ii didn't feel like i was hovering over my neighbors. The bath houses were cleaned. Only issue is the men’s on the bottom loop shower had a drain issue. But the rangers were there almost immediately to take care of it.

Delightful visit to Horseshoe point. Last night power stopped working and had to use extension cords to reach unoccupied neighbor's power. Notified park ranger. Hope to get this fixed before next visit.

A nice park for camping. Nice views of Philpott Lake in several places. We went in May and camped at the top of the hill near the bathhouse. It was quiet. The bathhouse was very clean.

Very quiet. The staff and park ranger was very friendly and accommodating. The park and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. This is our favorite park. We will be back in July.

Bath house was clean. Plenty of pull throughs. Recommend using the far end of campground as sites are larger and flatter.
We camped near the front and were too close to neighbors who constantly had loud Face Time conversations.
Plenty of trees and shade.
