Site #91 was good for the easy access but between 12:00 noon to about 3:00 pm the table was in direct sunlight. It was hot the day we were there. Good thing the swimming area was close by.

It was a good get away for us the wife has stage 4 liver cancer and she loves to camp the weather was in the mid 90 so we road to Rockey knob and had lunch it 77 there with a breeze. This was our 3rd time camping at Salthouse this year.

Wonderful shaded spot , but like most campgrounds the gravel on the tent spot was uncomfortable. The bathroom and shower was well maintained and very clean . I enjoyed my stay very much

Great legal sites near the water. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this remote park. We will definitely return.

I have stayed here many times and have enjoyed it. my only problem this time was getting in and out of site 33. The site is long but getting in and out of it is difficult. My camper is just over 35 ft and getting around trees and sharp turns was tight

Great campground. Spot 1 was tight getting into with a 42’ camper with the little tree they planted acrossed the road which will only get bigger. Our slides took up the whole site to where we couldn’t have a fire. The lake access was awesome with a Great Lake.
