A perfect little campsite. The campground was easy to find, the parking was convenient, and the site itself was perfect. I only used a two person tent, but there was plenty of space for multiple larger tents if necessary.

Great campground. Drive to Hawksbill for the hike. If you are there with a new moon and clear skies going to the meadow at night for stargazing is something you don’t want to miss. Saw lots of deer while walking the campground. Big Meadows Lodge has connectivity and is dog friendly. Be prepared to have no internet and just enjoy the outdoors

Amenities were clean and working condition. Sky land horseback riding was excellent and well managed. Horseback riding staff were also excellent.

Lodge dining at big meadows and Skyland was nice but food has gone downhill since years ago when Aramark managed the restaurants and even before Aramark. Food was terrible with few choices, small portions, and lacking in flavor. Please overhaul the dining situation.
