great little group campsite..
The upper site needs leveling a little and some gravel..
The sites to the right need building up some,its very wet during the spring and when it rains...
other then that its great, quiet and secluded...

Great private primitive camping for you and your group. Very clean large porta potty’s , trash bin and designated place for manure so you can keep the grounds clean. Bring water containers to get water from local campground Raccoon Branch for horses. This camp has a small stream but would recommend hauling water in.
In all a great place to camp.

Would be nice if they put the Picnic tables back where u can use them..put some gravel on the tie out spots ..used to be real nice not kept up

Take exit 45 off I-81 at Marion ,Virginia.
Take Rt.16 south for approximately 17 miles to VA 603 at Troutdale.
Turn right onto VA 603 and drive for about 3 miles to the campground on the right. Follow signs.
Elevation: 1072 feet
21 mi drive to downtown Marion (about 32 min)
