Loved the park and the amenities at the camping site but I could not get over all the noise coming from the Quantico base the whole night.

Bathrooms were dirty. Campground backs up to Quantico shooting ranges. All day and all night we heard gunfire. The campsite was clean. The fire pit has 2 levels of a grill grate that is attached that really got in the way dogs are allowed which is nice but it seemed that everyone had one. Lots of dog barking all through the day and night.

Beautiful wooded site. Friendly host. Showers were clean and water was hot. Would stay again. Only negative was finding the campground-there is only one way into campground, and the signs don't tell state you need to take the "scenic drive" to get there.

The bathrooms were very clean. The only negative thing I can really say is that the lot we chose- B24, was not the best. People walked though our campsite to get to the bathroom. We also didn't get much sleep because we were constantly awakened by people walking by. Wood isn't provided and is hard to come by. If you live within 50 mi I suggest you bring your own. Felt safe, and the camp host was great.

Our second time staying at this campground and enjoyed it so much! We saw an awesome campsite that was unoccupied and the host was so kind to help us switch. Lots of privacy and beautiful in the fall.
