Policies & Rules

Arrival & departure

  • Check in by calling or visiting the camp host upon arrival.
  • Check in after 1:30 PM and check out by 12 PM; dispose of trash properly.

Safety & rules

  • Use of flammable liquids to light Solo Stove fire pits is prohibited due to safety risks.
  • Leaning over Solo Stove fire pits while lighting or using them is prohibited for safety reasons.
  • Solo Stove fire pits remain very hot during and after use; do not touch or move them until cooled.
  • Avoid leaning or touching Solo Stove fire pits during and after use until they are fully cooled.
  • Do not move the Solo Stove fire pit until it has cooled down completely.
  • Children must be supervised at all times for safety.
  • Observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors.
  • Turn off generators by 9 PM to respect neighbors.

Site capacity

  • Rates are for 4 guests and one vehicle; additional fees apply for extra guests and vehicles.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times.

Fires & fuel

  • Only Solo™ Firepits and propane firepits are allowed; rentals available.

Wildlife & food storage

  • Dispose of fish remains properly; do not leave them on the grounds or in the dumpster.

Fees & deposits

  • Fees apply for cleanup services, and a refund schedule is in place for cancellations.

Vehicles & parking

  • Parking for one vehicle is included; extra parking is available for a fee.
  • A $35 fine applies for parking without a permit; vehicles may be towed.
  • No additional onsite parking is available; a fee applies for guest vehicles.
  • Customer parking only at Lake Erie Coffee & Mercantile.

  • Navy jets may fly over the campground; service may be refused to anyone.
