What Guests Are Saying
Lake Pleasant RV Park is a beautifully landscaped area with a convenient location near northern Seattle, offering a quiet atmosphere despite nearby traffic. The park features well-maintained sites, hiking trails, and a dog run, making it an appealing choice for visitors. However, some guests noted challenges with noisy geese, narrow spaces, and high prices, while others appreciated the helpful staff and amenities like RV storage and accessible walking paths.

Very beautiful park. They do take a lot of care around the ponds and the RV park has a very nice layout

The park spaces are on whole level and very nice. Its somewhat quiet except for the geese wake-up call at 7am very morning. 1 star was taken away because of the geese. The population of geese is out of control and with the at least 15-20 new families it’s going to get worse. They are everywhere and so is their poop. Taking your dog for a walk is a challenge because of the poop. Goose poop is very toxic for small to medium size dogs and ours became very sick when she ate some before we could stop her and before we knew it was so harmful.

First, the good points: the location is convenient to the northern Seattle area; the RV park surrounds a lake and is heavily wooded, very pretty, with hiking trails and a dog run; the park is surprisingly quiet considering how much traffic there is in the area; and it is close to a Safeway store.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this park due to its bad points: very expensive (overpriced) at more than $80 per night in their low season; the geese are really noisy and poop EVERYWHERE; the spaces are so narrow that you are practically on top of your neighbors, and you almost can’t put your slides out if you have slides on both sides of your RV; the sites are actually paved incorrectly, very un-level, off by 2 inches and more; the roads are so narrow I don’t know how any of the people in back-in spots managed to get backed in without damage to their vehicles; the park management is extremely inflexible on check-out or check-in. We had to rush out and left at 11:57am. They are the first rv park we have stayed at in over five years that does not take packages. Could not get my medical supplies I need for my health while we were there. Also, you cannot cancel unless you pay fees. We will not stay here again.

$80 a night roughly while not inexpensive, this is a pretty well run park. Fast check-in. Internet is pretty slow but the lake, roads, sites, etc are all in great shape and look nice. Trash bins all over. Nice walking trail around the edge of the park. Love that they allow vehicle washing! Lots of people taking advantage of it in the nice weather.

I’m counting “rooms” as sites. We specifically chose this RV Park because you can stay here and leave your RV in their storage for a week while you are on your Alaskan cruise. It was exactly what we were looking for. The stag are super friendly and helpful; they give you a sheet of paper with all the things to do and restaurants and wineries to try. There are so many things to do in the area; although I-5 and I-405 are traffic nightmares, so just plan your time accordingly. The park is well laid out, has these pretty trees growing in between each site, giving privacy. If you like to walk and get steps in, once around the park is almost a mile and they even have a walking path, not to mention several trails up in the trees. The restrooms are clean even though not updated. Having the RV storage onsite makes it so easy to store the RV and head into the port in Seattle. There is a Safeway and multiple stores and shops just across the street. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
