What Guests Are Saying
Charbonneau Park and Campground is praised for its beautiful, well-maintained grounds, spacious sites, and friendly staff, making it a popular spot for relaxation and outdoor activities, particularly near the river. Many reviews highlight the park's cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere, with some recommending it for RV camping due to limited water hookups. While there are some concerns about understaffing and the need for restroom upgrades, overall, visitors express a strong desire to return and enjoy the park's scenic views and community feel.

Charbonneau Has been one of our favorite parks for the last 25 yrs. The park is kept clean, the staff is always friendly and you can't beat the beautiful view. Every June we come with eight other couples and stay for the week and hope to continue for several more years

This was a nice quiet campground. The grass was pretty worn down and lots of dirt in our campsite vs grass, but overall it was a great stay.

The park was beautiful. Grounds are very well maintained. Restrooms were always clean. All of the garbage dumpsters have been moved from around the park to down by the checkin shack. Not as convenient, but we are giving it a try this year

Charbonneau Park was a great experience. The sites are nice and it is quiet!! I experienced a lot of earwigs (yuck) at our site, but they kept to themselves!! Lol. The park is also pet friendly!! My husband and I would definitely recommend going there!!
