I was here when it hit 106°. I was delighted to have electricity for AC. Have seldom plugged in in three months of travel. Busy park. Lots of families.

Likely a seasonal issue or maybe the heat (it was really hot during our stay in July) but our site was infested with spiders who covered everything in webs - truck, trailer, chairs, picnic table.

This is the tidiest campground we ever have had the pleasure of finding, a hidden gem. The sites run the gamut, a few are a little crowded, a few are wide open with pretty scenic views. The grounds offer recreation options on and in the water, some walking trails in quasi natural settings, a well equipped playground for kids. The bathroom is professionally maintained, even scrubbed clean, and although the building ventilation is astonishingly poor, there’s no evidence of any mold in the showers.
The setting has a somewhat industrial quality, as there’s a tank farm looming down the river, but in general the scenery is pretty enough that you don’t have to look far to enjoy a truly pleasant vista.

Park staff was very friendly and respectful. Bathrooms real clean and accessible. Overall park was a lot fun and clean with a quiet relaxing atmosphere.

From Pasco, Washington, take Highway 12 east. After crossing the Snake River Bridge, take the next exit and continue to State Route 124. The park entrance is on the left just after the roundabout.

- Park gate closed and quiet hours from;
- All campers must STOP and check-in at gate house before proceeding into the campground
- Don't Move Firewood: Protect your forests from tree-killing pests by buying your firewood locally. Visit Dontmovefirewood.org for further information.
- PETS must be RESTRAINED on a 6 ft leash at ALL TIMES
- Campfires allowed UNLESS A FIRE BAN is in effect
- ALL WHEELS on PAVEMENT
- When hanging hammocks on trees must use 3 inch flat strap (webbing)
- NO DOG RUNS
- An adult must be present at campsite for group members 17 and under
