We went for much needed sibling camp out. With dogs and we felt very relaxed and respected. We aren’t the quietest group but we try. The hosts were amazing. We had great time10 gallons of huckleberries.

A nice campground. Stayed here for two nights in mid August. Lots of ripe huckleberries nearby ready for picking. Enjoyed hiking the East Crater trail to Junction Lake, visiting the nearby Natural Bridges, and spending time at Goose Lake. However, we were somewhat disappointed by our site, #22. It was small compared to all of the surrounding campsites and the ground wasn't flat for the tent or picnic table. We would have preferred to have stayed in almost any one of the many other available campsites, but the camp host wouldn't let us switch our reservation. It was close to the water and bathroom, which was nice, but I wish there was better information (like photos) to aid in selecting a good campsite during the reservation process.

Many campsites need gravel, they are terribly dusty. It is a beautiful campground and hosts do a great job keeping things clean. Loved it.

Great campsite and campground! One of our favorites. Bathrooms are reasonably clean, sites are well spaced out. Very peaceful with plenty of birdsong and no road noise. This particular site is very roomy - plenty of space for two to three 2 person tents. Mostly shady.

The host was friendly and kept the camp ground in great shape. The camp ground only has 30 sites and many are perfect for tents. It was quiet and close to the city of Trout Lake. It has several points of interest near by, including the natural bridges and ice caves.

This campground is very quiet! We were there on a Friday night in July and it wasn't full. Our site, S-22 wasn't the best layout, but we walked around and saw that there were lots of great sites available. I think they were held for day-of reservations because when I booked, I didn't have those options. We were only staying one night, so it didn't matter too much which site we had. Pit toilet areas are clean. The trees are so dense that an 88 degree day felt very comfortable. The hosts are kind and will drop off your firewood after you've paid. $10 per bundle.
