We got our trailer situated right there by the bathrooms which were extremely clean but the sites are awesome. They take up to a 40-ft long trailer. Nice gravel on either side of the pad with full hookups. It's one of the nicest RV parks I've been into in a long time.
The gravel on either side of your site is wide enough and long enough to hold your tow vehicle

This is a great RV park in Centralia, WA. The park is brand new and the sites are very well-maintained. My family and I stayed a few nights ago and genuinely enjoyed our stay. Full hookups (30/50 Amp, 120/240 Volt Service) are straightforward and it had very clean, on-site restrooms and showers. The gated access and complimentary Wi-Fi were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at this new RV park with my family for a couple of nights. It was easy to hook up our RV and the restrooms and showers were very clean. The showers were consistently hot every time we showered- whether it was morning or at night. It's also right across the street from the fairgrounds and just a couple minutes away from restaurants and shops. My kids enjoyed playing and running around the grassy area and I took comfort that the park was fully gated. We would stay here again.

An absolute gem in Centralia! Two thumbs way up!
@Twin City RV Park is fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling through the area. The entire park is exceptionally clean, very quiet, and perfectly maintained. The bathrooms and showers are super clean (a huge plus!), and they actually have fast, reliable Wi-Fi.
A huge shoutout to the site manager, Terry! He is awesome, incredibly responsive, and you can truly tell he takes pride in the grounds. He is always out there making improvements to ensure guests have the best experience possible.
The location couldn't be better, either. Located right at 182 NE Exhibitor Rd, it is incredibly convenient to I-5, right next to the fairgrounds, and just a short drive to some very tasty restaurants. If you are anywhere near Centralia, WA, this is the place to stay!

This is a pretty new park. We come here with intentions of only being here a week, but unfortunately we couldn’t find another rv park that we could get into today! This place would be better if it had grass, some big trees, and was cheaper! The cost to stay here is ASTRONOMICAL! We’ve found other places for half the cost that are beautiful…with trees and flowers allover in the shade! It’s nice! Right now my husband and I are paying more for this camp site…than we paid for a 3 bedroom apartment in Longview! Our goal is to save money, not blow it into someone else’s high priced RV park! 🤦🏻♀️
Oh! It’s BRIGHTLY lit at night, and it’s got a coded gate for extra security. The camp host is in the park throughout the day and he’s super friendly. Also, there is a bathroom with a shower and restrooms.

- Reservations may be moved to different dates, subject to availability, provided the same number of nights is maintained. Any difference in the applicable rate will apply. Date changes may not be used to avoid or reset the cancellation policy.

Safety & rules
- Guests must agree to follow all park rules and laws when making a reservation or checking in.
- Occupancy is temporary and does not establish tenancy or residency rights.
- Extended stays for up to 30 days may be available with management approval.
- Reservations cannot be assigned or subleased without approval.
- If the park closes for safety reasons, management may offer refunds or credits; not responsible for other disruptions.
- The park can refuse service or cancel reservations for safety or policy violations.
- Guests acknowledge and agree to the park's terms and rules upon reservation or check-in.

- Once a guest has checked in, unused nights, shortened stays, and early departures are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Service fees, processing fees, or other charges through the third-party booking platform are non-refundable.

- One personal vehicle is allowed per site, in addition to one RV or trailer; extra vehicles may incur fees.
Fees & deposits
- Payment is due as per reservation confirmation; rates may change and cancellation policies apply.
- Discounts are available but must be verified at check-in; otherwise, standard rates apply.
Cancellation policy
- Understand the cancellation and reservation change policy.
- Cancellations at least 48 hours before check-in get a full refund.
- Cancellations 24 to 48 hours before check-in get a 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
- Partial cancellations depend on when the change is made relative to the original check-in date.
- After check-in, unused nights and early departures are non-refundable.
- No-shows by 10:00 AM may result in cancellation without a refund.
- Future stay credits are non-transferable and must be used within six months.
