What Guests Are Saying
Kachess campground offers a beautiful, scenic environment with spacious and private campsites, making it a popular choice for many visitors. Numerous reviews praise the cleanliness of the campground and the friendliness of the staff, along with access to hiking trails and the lake. However, some concerns were raised about sanitation issues in the vault toilets, low lake water levels, and a lack of enforcement of campfire bans, which detracted from the overall experience for some campers.

Campsites are large and private. We had a large group on ours with room to spare. The only thing we found annoying was that burn ban signs were posted everywhere and we were told there were no campfires allowed. Yet at night about half the campsites had campfires burning.

营地很大,好像100多个,而且,营位也非常多!工作人员很热情,我找不到位置,还亲自开车带我到了营位,感觉非常温暖!另外,就是湖景很美!美中不足的是现在是枯水期,水面很低!

Such a beautiful spot to camp! Our camp spot was a little dusty and the people next to us were a little loud but it’s camping. You can drive down to the lake and enjoy the day!

For a campground without hookups it was good and the lake was awesome. I’m surprised there wasn’t even a place to dump the Rv in the campground but other than that it was great. IDE definitely go back.

Our family have been camping here for the past 31 years. It's our Happy Place ❤️ Love this beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and very old fashioned camping so much. It's simply AMAZING 🙏

Lake pretty dried up, many mosquitos and not allowed to cook our dinner with fire pit. Ended up making sandwiches for dinner. We left after one night and stayed at a KOA that had gas BBQ in Leavenworth. Later we stayed at Money Creek and were able to have fire pit by a river. Nice drive up there, but not nice to stay.
