The campground was booked solid mostly through August. There was a cancellation and I managed to get a spot for two days. I walked through the entire campground the evening of my first day and I estimate around 25% of the sites were unoccupied. Maybe this was because people didn’t cancel a reservation. In any event is there not a better way to insure sites are available for people who want them and not just left empty?

A very nice campground to stay. The only negative I would say is that there needs to be a way for campers to not have to wait two hours to get into park when they have a reservation.

This is a beautiful place. The only negative is that there is too many visitors. The trails are very crowded and it kinda spoils the peaceful atmosphere of the forest.

Very clean and quiet place. It was dryer than I expected in the end of July. Weather and air quality could not be better. Close to trails.

Great campground. We stayed in site 82. It was a big site with enough space for 3 tents and a hammock. The bathrooms were clean (with toiletpaper).
We had a great time- we saw deer at our site when we were having diner.
The information provided was really helpfull. We knew we shouldn’t arrive too early to avoid queues at the entrance read to the park.
