Awesome campground tucked down in the Sol Duc Valley. The site we stayed at was close to the bathrooms, we could hear the river in the background, and had access to plenty of space and a nice fire ring. We also enjoyed the hot springs which were a VERY welcome treat after 4 days and 3 nights of backpacking up on the High Divide.

The RV court is basically a parking lot with electric. Absolutely no restroom facilities or oversight. Men using the woods as their toilet. No enforcement of leash laws. Have stayed in many, many national park campgrounds over the years & always a good experience. Happy to leave Sol Duc & not go back.

The rv section of the campground is basically a parking lot. Additionally, there was no public toilet or shower included in the area. Would not recommend.

RV sites very close together and not very many sites. It is a nice walking distance to the lodge.

The campground for RV's is a gravel parking lot, but it was fun to be there, and electricity and power were available. Sites are small, but adequate. The hot spring was terrific. Pools were clean and well maintained. The waterfall hike at the end of the road was very beautiful, and an easy trail to see the rain forest.

Beautiful site. Quiet. Checking was worrisome because I forgot to write down campsite number and no one was there to check us in and no list posted with names and site numbers. Cell reception was limited but fortunately found email with site number.

Rebecca (Aramark) employee was the absolute best. The RV campground is the first right after the resort, they have a sign that says "RV COURT" but no map published on line. RV COURT spots are right next to each other but they have 50 amp, 30 amp and 15 amp plug ins for power and water.
The spot numbers are on the power posts. An on line map would help with confusion about loop vs court. Its a 3 minute walk to the hot springs pools.

Wow! Spectacular campgrounds in shaded forest that seemed magical. Mid September chill in the air eased by late morning when the sun finally filtered thru the trees. Well maintained bathrooms.

Beautiful campground with huge, mossy old growth trees, hiking trails starting right in the campground, great camp host, clean bathrooms, great tasting water, and only a half mile to the hot springs.

From the east: From Port Angeles, take Hwy. 101 west for 29 mi, then turn left onto Sol Duc Hot Springs Rd and travel 12 mi to Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort.
From the south: From Forks, take Hwy. 101 north for 28 mi then turn right onto Sol Duc Hot Springs Rd and travel 12 mi to Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort.

The campground is accessed via State Route 101, which is approximately 20 miles to the south.

Policies & Rules
General
- The Mineral Hot Springs & Pool access will be in sessions:8:00 AM - 9:30 AM10:00 AM - 11:30 AM12:00 PM - 1:30 PM2:00 PM - 3:30 PM4:00 PM - 5:30 PM6:00 PM - 7:30 PM2026 pool access fees are $19 for adults, $15 for children ages 4-12 and $15 for seniors over 62 years old per session. Towel rentals are $5. You may bring your own towel. Lockers are available, but locks are not provided. Children under the age of 4 may only access the smallest hot spring pool and the swimming pool.
- Caution: Wildlife including bears and raccoons frequent the area. All food and coolers (regardless of contents) must kept in approved animal proof containers.
- Pets must be kept on a leash up to 6 feet in length at all times. Pets are not allowed on National Park trails at any time.
- No loud music or sound (including generators) between the hours of , and .
- Please verify you know your site prior to arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, speak with the front desk at the resort or the camp host.
- The National Park Service charges entrance fees at the entrance station on Sol Duc Road. Refer to the park Fees and Passes page.
- Don't Move Firewood: Help protect our forests! Prevent the spread of tree-killing pests by obtaining firewood at or near your destination and burning it on-site. Moving firewood is illegal in some states. Visit dontmovefirewood.org to learn more.
