What Guests Are Saying
The Hoh Rainforest Campground offers a beautiful and well-maintained setting, with clean facilities and friendly staff. Campers enjoyed the spacious sites, easy access to hiking trails, and educational ranger programs, which enhanced their experience. However, many noted issues with the lack of running water in restrooms and long wait times to enter the park, which could detract from the overall experience.

Wonderful Campground, Glad I only stayed for 1 night though. The hall of moss is mesmerizing. I hiked it 3 times.

Close to bathroom and water! Some light comes through tent from bathroom lights at night, but not too bad. Beautiful trees and felt private even with being next to bathroom.
Lots of signage to beware of bears and storing food correctly, but beware of small critters as well! Mouse got into our car and ate some food we didn’t store in a hard container. We learned our lesson the hard way! Store food in hard container even in the car!

Love the Hoh Campground. We stayed in Loop B for 4 nights. Enjoyed the solitude, distance away from other campsites, easy walk to the trails, and easy walk to the night-time ranger talks. Thank you NPS for holding onto some campsites until 5 days before they are available. Helps in getting a last minute or a campsite in the summertime.

This site is an open field, not private, but also lots of space for equipment. Not cramped at all. Short walk to the bathroom and easy access to the river.

The entry system is absolutely ridiculous! After waiting for almost 2 hours in line to get into the Hoh we decided to turn around and camp somewhere else. There really should be a line for confirmed reservations to enter that section of the park. We had a paid and confirmed reserved campsite! Why do we need to wait until parking becomes available?

Beautiful campground with access to Hoh River. Bring inflatable tube to ride the current.

A Loop is definitely the sunny loop. B and C are more shaded and "rainforestie." Recommendations are correct. Get to the park before 10 or after 5 to escape dealing with the extra long wait times!

Spacious campsites line with trees similar to hoh rainforest. not much wind movement so campfire smoke kind of sits, stick around, be mindful of how much smoke you're creating for your neighbors. toilets have no soap, not super clean but better than visitor center toilets which smelled really bad.

What an incredible campground, and site 65 was phenomenal - right by the river, nestled under some big beautiful trees. Felt private but was close to all facilities and trails. I would absolutely camp here again!
