Great campground! Stayed in site 63 and it was near the river, which provided excellent background noise. Bathrooms with flush toilets and running water (bring your own soap), and potable water available. It was AMAZING to stay in the Hoh rainforest and avoid the hour-long wait to get into the park during peak hours. (but definitely avoid arriving between 10 AM and 4ish PM unless you want to wait in line to get in!)

Had a great time! My girlfriend and I went for my 35th birthday. Got there at about 11am (so a little late for a Friday) sat in line for about 45 minutes but once we got in we went straight to our camp site which was easy to find. It was clean and well kept. Bathroom was close, clean and nice! Of course the Spruce, Hall of Mosses and the couple miles of Hoh river trail we walked was mind blowing! So gorgeous! We checked in on the 28th of June. The weather was perfect! It was pretty busy in the afternoon being summer and all but we camped out and woke up early to hit the trails. Basically had the place to ourselves at 0630-07. Which in our opinion was the perfect time of day. The afternoon hike was like something out of a (Instagram vs really) scene. People everywhere, people getting married literally* on the trail in a gown and the whole business. Anyway we had a blast and cannot wait to get back out there!

Lots of empty spaces for being “full.”
Shower would be nice.
Bathroom ran out of TP early in the day.
Barking dogs need to go away not just there but in all parks.

Would be nice if there was a quicker way for campers that have reservations to get to their campsites. We waited 2.5 hours in line and wasted much of our day

We got lucky to get a site for a night in late June and we were pleasantly surprised with how great the site, staff, and whole experience were at the Hoh campground. Even the line wasn’t that bad!
