What Guests Are Saying
The Hoh Rainforest Campground offers a beautiful and well-maintained setting, with clean facilities and friendly staff. Campers enjoyed the spacious sites, easy access to hiking trails, and educational ranger programs, which enhanced their experience. However, many noted issues with the lack of running water in restrooms and long wait times to enter the park, which could detract from the overall experience.

Great spot just far enough from the bathrooms and walking distance to the visitor's center and trailheads.

Great location for camping. Beautiful hiking trails. Just remember that it is a rain forest; expect rain.

It was an amazing experience! Please do take care to stay on trails and pack your trash--this is a sacred place, so treat it with your utmost respect.

We were only camped at the Hoh Rainforest for two nights, which definitely wasn’t enough, but we loved every bit of it and want to get back. The campsites were nice and clearly marked, the bathrooms were clean, and the trails were well maintained.

Honestly, I was a bit worried because the site I booked (2/3 A) was one of the last available, and we were coming up just before July 4th (we stayed the 30th-2nd). But, turned out to be great! It was super quiet, we were never disturbed my neighbors, and the bathrooms were across the street.
Now, the water in the womens bathroom was out, and there was a walking path threw our campsite - however, those felt fairly minor.
There are 3 hikes - 2 of which are about a mile each, and the 3rd is 18 miles. Hall of Mosses was beautiful.
We also hit Sol Duc hot springs on our way home!

Amazing place. Great facilities and was happy to have firewood for purchase during allowable burning levels. Pack what you need, so you don't have to wait in line more than once to get into the park.

Great campground, but took forever to wait in line to get back into the campground as it was on the way into the national park. The park really needs a second lane for campground guests so we don't have to wait with others trying to see the park. The park recommends coming into the park before 10am or after 5pm to avoid the wait times which helped some days, not all though.

It’s such a beautiful location and the weather was great. Everyone that worked there was so lovely but obviously understaffed. Save our national parks. They need to be staffed adequately.
