What Guests Are Saying
Mora Campground is highly praised for its beautiful, well-maintained sites nestled in a lush coastal forest, offering privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Its proximity to Rialto Beach and various hiking trails enhances the camping experience, making it an ideal base for exploring Olympic National Park. While some facilities, particularly bathrooms, could use more attention, and there are no showers available, the overall charm and natural beauty of the campground make it a favorite for many campers.

Wonderful and quiet location on the western section of Olympic NP minutes away from Rialto Beach. We drove to Cape Flattery, Makah Cultural & Research Center Museum & the Hoh Rainforest. The Mora campground is wooded & felt private. Our site was #43 in Loop C, included a picnic table & fire ring. The bathrooms appeared to be recently remodeled & were very clean. No handsoap, so bring your own. In the bathroom there are electrical outlets for charging, a hand dryer, and a changing table for little ones. RV dump station and potable water was available & well maintained. Grocery, gas & hardware store down the road in Forks.

We stayed in the E loop which has spacious sites near the river. It was a beautiful campground with nice clean restrooms, although in E Loop we had to use the restrooms that were shared between loops A and B. There was a path through trees and across the campground main road to get to the restroom.

There was a mystical charm and vibe about the whole campground. Tall trees covered in moss, ferns throughout and pine needles carpeting the ground. The whole area was immaculately clean and free from litter and debris. Honestly one of the best campsites I’ve ever stayed at.

This is my favorite campground I have stayed at. It is clean, BEAUTIFUL, and overall just a great place to set up camp to explore Olympic National Park. It’s also so close to Rialto Beach! I hope to come back to Mora Campground.

Very disappointed, I put in all our information about our trailer/rig and the first night accommodations at Kalaloch were great with plenty of room. The site at Mora wouldn't even have fit the truck pulling our 21' trailer. Paid for 2 nights I reserved online and didn't get to stay. A bit stressful but did end up finding a great first come first serve site elsewhere.

Site was clean and secluded, amenities were good. Bring your own soap and be aware that the spigots are for potable water only - no washing dishes.
Even though there was a burn ban, several adjacent sites had fires going which wasn’t ideal.

Stayed in space A-19. Very private and close to the restrooms, yet far enough away where we couldn’t hear anything. Space was large enough for a truck, a 12- person tent, and still had plenty of room to be comfortable. Lots of trees, ground was level where the tent was set up, and our dogs had room to play.
The restrooms were so clean and modern! I was impressed how well maintained they were and plenty of lighting inside. I wish they had showers, but wasn’t there long enough to be an issue. There are some restrooms at the Cycle Camp up the road and free to use to Mora guests - just leave a small donation. Mora Campground is in a great location to see the surrounding areas. Short drive to the beaches and you’re at Kalaloch, Rialto, or Ruby Beach - all of which are scenic and peaceful! Also 3 or 4 other beaches in between. There’s also a grocery/convenience store nearby up the road on the corner, and if you need more stuff, just drive up to Forks and you’ll find just about anything you need. We went there for dinner one night. Nothing fancy but they had a few restaurants to choose from, I highly recommend Mora Campground. Easy to get to, easy access, and centrally located. We will come back again!
