Nice clean or well groomed spots. Easy walk to the Soda Spring and if you go to the right-opposite of the Soda Spring you will see a swing hanging over the river, it’s a good spot also to sit and cool off on a hot day.
We took a short drive to the Boulder Cave which was nice. No bats but it was still nice.
Pretty much any spot is a nice spot to be near the river. We loved our spot 17.

Beautiful area and most campsites are well spaced. The hosts were especially kind and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. A bonus…we saw a mountain goat up on the rocks on the other side of the campground!

Site 20 is the best site among all of them. You get your own private slow moving creek/ river where the kids can play. You don't have to share with other people. We had the biggest spot too! You could put a big family here and still have plenty of room to have a spot to play soccer or badminton. The only problem is, the trees surrounding the site are burnt. Its trunks are burnt, all it takes to fall is strong wind. Potential to fall on you and your family or tent while you're sleeping. That would be a tragic way to go right? We had a great time otherwise. On our last night, the burn ban started luckily we brought our propane gas fire pit we bought from Costco. I would suggest. That saved us from from the dark. The care taker of the campground was very friendly. The vaulted toilet bathrooms are very clean. Not as smelly. Bathrooms are neat and tidy. Quiet campground. Space between sites is perfectly spaced. Can't hear what the neighbors are talking about. Too bad to see so many trees burnt all over the place. Good experience.

Nice campground next to the Bumping River. The area across the river has been burned recently and the Soda Springs Trail was largely impassable in Sept 22.
