What Guests Are Saying
Hunters Campground offers a beautiful setting with good amenities such as a boat launch, docks, and a clean swimming area. Nice campground. Good boat launch, docks, and swimming area. Only downside was the asphalt pads drop off rather sharp and some fill is needed around them so it is not a fall hazard. Beautiful area but now burned all across the lake.

Hunters campground was nice but not a standout campground. Nothing wrong with it and nothing great about it. If you're a boater this is a great place for you with several boat docks to use. We hardly saw the host, never heard from them and there was a lot of little trash around the campground. Would we go back? Maybe. Site 11 was long enough for our camper but it was very hard getting into it with the placement of the trees. If you have a longer rig choose your site wisely! There is a potable water fill up station and dump station at the entrance.

Great campground. The sites that are not on the waterfront all have space between them so they feel less crowded. The vault toilet was clean, the camp host was friendly, the day use area has a lovely view, and the small-town bar and grill in Hunters was a fun way to watch a game.

I dislike reservation requirements guess they rather have Seattle here camping rather than locals hard to get a spot for folks that really can't plan trips and just go when it works best for you. My complaints are no fish cleaning stations and trees need to be trimmed back away to clear vehicles and rvs camp host was good and for once in a long time it was very quiet dogs barking we're stopped immediately we had people crying about running generators you want silence go to the woods they are permitted to be used during specific hrs and speed limits need to be enforced people driving way to fast with all the kids running around

Very nice campground with paved spots and clean bathroom plus multiple outhouses. Swimming is rocky and cold but may improve as it gets hotter.

The campground was great, it was too bad there was no water to use.

Awesome location but mediocre campsites. I was fortunate enough to be there on a week-night and had the entire beachfront site section to myself, but if I there has been neighbors there would've been no privacy.
