What Guests Are Saying
Kalaloch Campground offers a stunning location close to the beach, with beautiful scenery and a pleasant atmosphere. Many reviewers praised the clean facilities and the helpful lodge staff, who provided exceptional assistance during their stay. However, some noted issues with noise from Highway 101, limited bathroom facilities, and difficulties in securing preferred campsites, suggesting that while the campground is beautiful, improvements in maintenance and accessibility are needed. Overall, visitors enjoyed their experience and expressed a desire to return.

The most beautiful campsite on the grounds! There are very few sites with ocean view, and this one was perfect for 4 adults and a pup with 2 cars and 2 tents. The fire pit and concrete picnic table were great to have on site - we noticed not all spots have these! And there is a D loop beach access trail just a few steps away so you don’t need to walk to the campground entrance.

I love the Kalaloch campground. It’s doesn’t have the best bathrooms or any full hookups, but it makes up for it with location. It’s close to so much and yet far away from the craziness of life. It’s quiet and friendly and the trees are special. The Olympic beaches are amazing and are one of Washington’s best kept secrets. It has everything you didn’t know you needed.

Great location! Our bathroom did not have a shower I am not sure if others did. Out site was not a pull in site which made it a little difficult for the roof tent but we made it work. It was a great location. We stayed 2 night and did Ralito beach, 4th beach and the Hoh forest. It was so wonderful to watch the sunset at night then walk back up and go to bed.
