What Guests Are Saying
Kalaloch Campground offers a stunning location close to the beach, with beautiful scenery and a pleasant atmosphere. Many reviewers praised the clean facilities and the helpful lodge staff, who provided exceptional assistance during their stay. However, some noted issues with noise from Highway 101, limited bathroom facilities, and difficulties in securing preferred campsites, suggesting that while the campground is beautiful, improvements in maintenance and accessibility are needed. Overall, visitors enjoyed their experience and expressed a desire to return.

So cool to be right near the beach! We were able to walk from our campsite to the beach in about 3 minutes (and we didn't have one of the campsites next to the bluff. It was nice having a dump station and water to refill our van, too. The only downside of this campground is that most of the sites are tiny (not RV-friendly with short driveways) and very close together. While the sites were relatively private with vegetation between them, there was not a lot of room to maneuver within the site or on the road. I'm fairly certain several RVs worked around the length requirement just so they could get a spot because they didn't seem to be completely in their site, creating additional congestion. Overall, I would stay here again for the location, but I would also know I was opting for a very dense campground experience.

We loved this campground and campsite. We had a van camper and our sleeping area faced the ocean, so awoke to views of ocean waves. Only small thing is the campsite behind us was pretty close and visible, but didn’t end up being a big deal because they were quiet and respectful.

While the location was amazing, the bathroom facilities were awful. Not clean and not supplied

Many areas of campground in disrepair. Several bathrooms have been under construction for years. Limited toilet and water access in 3 campground loops. No cleanup of campsites after campers leave as has been done in the past. One campsite closed for several years with sign that tree removal is necessary. Have seen no progress on these repairs in 5+ years.

Beautiful campground. There are no hookups but can fill your water tank. Finding water was a chore for certain loops. We stayed in loop f and had to go to the main fill up station and wait for the RVs to get through to fill bottles. The beach next to the campground is amazing, especially at low tide. Would go again.

A wonderful experience, everything was clean and everybody was super nice and accommodating. Definitely wanna try to stay in the A loop next time.
But was a pleasant experience overall, we have T-Mobile and had some coverage.
