What Guests Are Saying
Kalaloch Campground offers a stunning location close to the beach, with beautiful scenery and a pleasant atmosphere. Many reviewers praised the clean facilities and the helpful lodge staff, who provided exceptional assistance during their stay. However, some noted issues with noise from Highway 101, limited bathroom facilities, and difficulties in securing preferred campsites, suggesting that while the campground is beautiful, improvements in maintenance and accessibility are needed. Overall, visitors enjoyed their experience and expressed a desire to return.

Awesome location for many of the beaches and also close proximity to getting to the Hoh Rainforest. Sleeping listening to the ocean waves was so wonderful.

The best part is the campground is at the beach. Only a handful of sites are actually beachside. Most are dark and packed in, had I set up my tent in the best spot I would have been inches from the person’s tent next door. Closest bathroom had a non-functioning sink, next closest washroom had a toilet out of order. It’s sad to see our National Parks not being cared for, we all know why.

This really is one of my favorite locations for early morning walks and relaxed camping but I must say the bathrooms need some upgrades and repairs. This place takes a beating from crowds, wet weather and salty air so having working sinks and a shower facility would really be nice. Some of the sites can be tight as they all have different low hanging trees, but that adds to the fun as long as you're not pulling a large rig.

We loved our campsite at Kalaloch! My one complaint is the lack of showers. Sunsets are beautiful here!

We love the beach walks at Kalaloch. The nature walk is peaceful and we are often the only ones there. Kalaloch is close to many other destinations in the Olympic National forest.

A decent campground with good access to the beach, but substandard restroom facilities: no shower, one backed-up sink and filthy overall appearance in the men's facility.

Great campground, our site D1 was really good with easy access to the beach. Glad we went when we did so we could see the Tree of Life and the sites that will soon be gone due to erosion.
