This is a nice place with not too many sites to make it feel crowded. Sites all seemed to have a decent amount of privacy and the sound of the river next to it makes it to where you can't hear much beyond your own site. We camped twice their in the Spring. Maybe the river is less noisy later in the season but it worked well for us. Most sites have plenty of shade. There are 4 vault toilets on site situated at each end. Looked like there was also water from a hand pump available on site.

Summer, our host, was fantastic! Friendly. Informative, and tried her darnedest to get the previous camper out of the sight on time. The camp was clean and all was well. Did we mention we loved Summer? 🙂

It’s small, clean and cozy. Water access was only at campsite 1. No camp host. Nice campground road to walk to other campsites. Pretty easy access to river. We stayed at site 14 not near the water. Pit toilets were very clean.

This was a great camp site right next to the Creek. Bathrooms clean and very close to site. Unfortunately we could not have a fire to enjoy to night.

Large campsites. No electricity, but water available using hand pump at well. Outhouses in poor shape. Clean, but building very old. Staff professional and friendly.

Nice spot. Quiet campground. There is river access, you just need to go down a bit of a bank.

Quiet campground (when we went, at least) that has two sets of vault toilets that didn't smell horrid. Our site ($8) was large and felt private. We had minimal bugs, which was probably assisted by many yellow jacket trap bags hanging from trees near sites. We were only there one night and would definitely come again. The only awkward thing is that the water pump is located behind site #1, so you have to walk very close to that site to access it.

Disappointed in the campsite. The river next to it is a small barely running creek. There's evidence of lots of snake activity. As a female solo camper I felt unsafe as the campground was very quiet. Only 1 other camper there and campground host wasn't there overnight. I left after 2 nights, booked 4. There are far better dispersed sites along the river up toward bumping lake.

Very quiet, which was what we wanted on the 4th of July.
The outhouses were stocked and didn’t smell much. Nice sites. Only thing is the water pump is in the middle of space one. We will stay again.
