We loved the spot. Beautiful area with plenty of space between campers. Sites were quiet and clean. We only gave a 4 star rating since most of the Federal campgrounds are no longer providing garage service. It will not stop us from visiting this campground, but it was disappointing.

Great campground, spots are not right on top of each other. The little Naches River was amazing. A bit of Highway noise but not bad. Brand new metal fire pits and some new picnic tables. This year they have allowed you to cut up the downed trees in the campground!

Great spot! Perfect for larger groups as there is a back section that can be utilized for extra campers. In the corner. Con right next to 410 E which was loud during the day but significantly quieter at night. There was no ranger onsite so we couldn’t purchase fire wood but there is a gas station less then ten minutes away with sells supplies. Not a lot of tree coverage separating the campsite so it was nice that e we were in the corner isolated from others. Pretty direct river access however not toddler kids friendly access more old kids so beware of that. Overall will definitely book again.

Generally OK, I was on site 15. It was a large spot, but I would recommend avoiding it at all costs. 15 is right next to the toilets, and this caused both odor (composters) and noise. I tried to go to sleep around 10, but had to hear the doors slamming for the next two hours. I kept thinking how easy it would be for someone to fix that with some grease on the hinges or some padding to keep it from slamming, or even just a little sign. It was incessant and the last thing you want to hear when you’re camping.
I’m not sure how far the sound carries, but other campers should definitely avoid #15 and be aware of noise after dark.
One other thing, the camp is super close to the turnoff from 410, and I missed the sign. So it would be good to let people know when booking (“first site on the left after leaving 410”) so they don’t make the same mistake.
