The Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort Campground offers a great location near beautiful hiking trails and the hot springs, making it an ideal base for outdoor adventures. Many reviewers praised the cleanliness of the facilities, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere, especially during less crowded seasons. I had to cancel my reservation on the day I was due to arrive because of a medical emergency with my travel partner who had been admitted to the hospital in Sedro-Woolley. I could not call the campground directly and calling the folks at recreation.gov would not help me because they said they had no access to the Sol Duc reservation system and that no changes or cancellations could be made on the day the arrival is due. After the 3rd call, I finally got someone to submit a refund request due to medical emergency. I have heard nothing back regarding my refund.

We booked site A 27 billed as a 35 foot RV site. That is totally wrong!! We have a 32 foot motorhome and the angle of the site made it impossible to back anything into . Getting the host to block traffic so we could go the wrong way around the loop my very talented husband actually crammed us in there, scratching a lot of paint and breaking our side mirror . The site is suitable for a tent or a very small RV pulling in head first.

We enjoyed the hot springs and campground. We were in the group site, which is a way away from the campground, with it's own pit toilet and no running water available. You will need to drive to the campground or resort to fill water containers. Great site though! We highly enjoyed our time and would definitely come back.

First time exploring the Olympics, and this side of the park had a lot to offer in terms of longer hikes, and is located near Crescent. I loved how spacious this particular campsite is; it would make a great group site with the ones to either side, as they kind of blend into each other. The bathroom is nearby, and the creek beside us was lovely to hear all day. I would book this site again in the future. Most people near us just slept in their vans/rv, so it felt like we had the site to ourselves.

Site description indicated my rig would fit. It did not. Not even close. The campground road was so marrow and curvy, we were barely able to get out of the campground. Was told to set up in the other campground. Got set up and starting to relax when camp host comes by and tells us we have to move again as the confession wire just booked that site. Ended up in the group camping for 1 night and we left because we couldn't stay longer due to those sites being reserved. Y'all need to do a better job of describing your campsites.

Was in loop b spot 78. Enjoyed being at the campsite close to the resort where we can pop in to visit the hot springs and to have amenities close. Spot was close to the restroom which was nice. Ground was a little uneven, but we made it work. Overall a great spot to be at Olympic. Was also very close to the Sol Duc Falls trail.

We got to site 79 and it was beautiful....visually. The usability of the site for a small motorhome was awful. We tried several different angles and it was virtually impossible to get level without using a step stool to go in and out of the rv. The front wheels were off the ground. It would be fine for a tent and I think that it would be awesome if you have children. We stayed the first night and luckily we're able to change to a different site for the remainder of our stay.
