Fishhook Park is praised for its beautiful location, clean facilities, and friendly staff, making it a great getaway for families and campers. Visitors appreciate the ample shade, spacious lots, and opportunities for birdwatching and water activities. However, some concerns include dry grass in certain areas and occasional noise from passing trains, along with inconsistent maintenance of tent sites and restrooms.

Grass was pretty dead during our stay. We had to take our dog home due to him not even being able to walk outside our camper because of the goat heads. This park used to be beautiful and green, not sure what’s going on.
Other than that issue, everything else was good.
