WOW! What can I say! This place is a hidden gem! If you are coming from the west, be prepared for an hour long dirt road, but if you are coming from the east, the road is beautiful. The hikes that the host recommended where AMAZING!! The lake was also so warm and there was only one other person on the lake on a Saturday!
Bathrooms were like the Ritz Carlton, I have never seen such Bougie (clean, fancy, amazing) bathrooms at a campground before. It surprised me since the campground was in the middle of nowhere.

Would 10/10 recommend this place! Nice and quite and the campgrounds where super spacious and it didn't feel like you and your neighbor were on top of each other.

Excellent campground. We will be back. We had a large group. We had sites 24, 25,28,32. The campground was clean and the sites well separated. Most of the sites have great shade.Lake was super for swimming and kayaking. Day use swim area is perfect for kids and older adults. Camp hosts sell wood and ice. My brother caught a 23 inch rainbow trout. No other fish were caught however. The map on recreation.gov is a bit misleading. Comments on the sites.
24 Sunny, Large, lots of room for addition tents
25. Great site. Boat ramp is on the backside.
28 not a whole lot of room for tents in this site. Works for an RV.
32 Room for tents. Next to the bathroom. Quiet but the light from the bathroom shined all night.

Beautiful campground. Well off the beaten path with no service made for a great getaway. The lake very nearby offered a great oasis for a dip. Host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great place! Camp host was really nice and had plenty of firewood AND ice for sale. Sites are fairly spaced apart and relatively private. No cell service though but that's to be expected.
