Great little campground next to the lake! Perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. Campsites were cozy (close together), but otherwise excellent. Fire pits with grills, lots of shade, easy access to water, and a nice littler creek running through things. Men's bathroom was out of order, but there were porta potties available. We found firewood a short drive away at the mercantile store in Amanda Park. This campground is also a very short walk from Quinault Lodge, which is a nice place to hang out and have a drink.

Nice campground with easy access to lake, and site is great too with creek sound. Site has pad for 7x7 tent however we were able to find place for larger tent. Bathroom situation is still same as mentioned in year old review with only one of women toilet working and men’s toilet was out of service. There were 2 portable toilet available but were out of sanitizer. Overall will definitely return

Overall not a bad campground, a few minor complaints
Most sites not level for parking (including ours)
sites closer together than most
Men's restroom out of order, porta poties provided
Nice things include proximity to Lake Quinalt, the big historic lodge, and some nice hiking trails. A couple females commented they didn't feel safe on the trails, but my wife and I were fine on them. We did see a couple other groups out as well.

Campground is beautiful and camp hosts are fantastic, but the aged bathrooms need attention as only one stall in the women's is working and the men's is closed, so there are portable toilets to use instead. Not a problem for us, but it might be for some folks.

The overall beauty of the campground was wonderful. The bathroom facilities were very poor. Only 1 bathroom in working order in women’s restroom. Men’s restroom was out of order. The two porta potties were horrible and almost overflowing. This was unacceptable and surprising that it wasn’t cleaned out after the weekend.

Nice site, limited lake views but spacious for tent and reasonably private and quiet. Lovely campground location, with opportunity to have a great hike on the 1 mile or so very pleasant lakeside trail which starts at the campsite to reach the amazing rainforest trail, making 4 miles or so in total.
